Youth Programs

Cultivating Resilience to Thrive

Let's be honest: our youth are facing unprecedented levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional hardship in today's fast-paced world. In 2023, the CDC reported that 40% of students experienced persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness, while nearly 10% attempted suicide. Now, more than ever, young people need tools to navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-awareness. Our Yoga and Mindfulness Youth Programs empower students with essential skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and build self-agency. Through mindfulness, breathwork, and movement, we help youth cultivate inner strength, balance, and well-being—transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth. By fostering self-awareness and emotional resilience, we equip students to survive and thrive in life's challenges.

We're currently working with the Sublette County Libraries to secure funding to offer a Monthly Youth Yoga and Mindfulness Program for our Sublette Youth in Pinedale and Big Piney for the 2025-2026 School year. This programing would include a monthly class for Ages 0-5, Elementary, and Preteen/Teens to develop essential skills to increase overall well being. If you'd like to donate to help make this a free and accessible program for our local youth please contact me or see the form below.
